Previously fans saw Boruto making it on time save Sarada and Himawari from Hidari. He tells Konohamaru to take Himawari somewhere safe while he will deal with Hidari. Meanwhile, Kawaki got the information about Boruto and team 10.
He was far away from the place at the time and were currently keeping an eye on Jura. He was simply waiting there which confused Kawaki. Both Sumire and Konohamaru informed Boruto about Hidari abilities and obsession with Sarada.
The first fight began as Sarada and Boruto fought against Hidari and his monsters. Because Hidari can move through anywhere while using claw marks, he was able to go back to his base and gets heals whenever he gest the damage.
Boruto realize that they won’t be able to take him down like that she he asked Sarada for help. He explained to her about his new rasengan Uzhiko with maximum output. Boruto needed Sarada to stall time until he will conjure his attack.
Both Sarada and Konohamaru helped Boruto to ready his attack who finally dealt a death blow to Hidari. Kawaki arrived at the same time and killed Hidari in the end. They got the fruit from him which save Sasuke from the tree. But Jura finally interevene and was able to steal the fruit from them.
