We witness Code march through the snow and work his way into a hidden base after Sai and Shikamaru meet up with his claw prints and Kawaki confirms that he has really returned once more. He smoothly avoids all of their strikes and wipes out the entire border. Boruto asks Kawaki about his capabilities because they would soon have to fight him. One of the more powerful guards rises to murder Code and puts a drug into himself to make him stronger.
This time, Code defeats the guard with his bare hands after dodging each of his blows. The guard continues to inject more serum into his body, changing into a monstrous-looking shape that is faster and more powerful. Code’s current strength level prevents him from taking on the villagers, but he will likely go anyway and attempt to remove his limitation first.

The rest of the Leaf will start making preparations to track down Code and maybe confront him before he takes off his limiter.
We will also learn more about Eida’s abilities because she appears unfazed by Code’s attacks and keeps the world’s information with her. She could be the real antagonist of the story, with Code being a distraction. While Eida comes out as calm and distant, they do experience an intense moment. Given that he chose to awaken her, Code needed her to react accordingly. He is furious over not being able to kill Eida despite being so strong.
