Currently, the world number one Iga Swiatek, and American Taylor Fritz, are listed among the participants for the competition. Besides them, tennis superstars Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal are also on the list.

However, their participation is still under doubt as three-time Indian Wells champion Nadal is currently suffering a hip injury. Meanwhile, Djokovic is still banned from entering the US due to his vaccination status.
