With a great performance, Orangutan Gaming won Battlegrounds Mobile Open Challenge BMOC The Grind, a practise scrim. The team gained the lead on the first day and didn’t relinquish it until the very last match. Orangutan scored 266 points with the help of three chicken meals. The team was also the most aggressive in the event, with 138 kills.

Fan-favorite On the last day, Team SouL put in a strong performance to finish second with 109 kills and 247 points. OR Esports, the League Stage champion, overcame a shaky start to finish outside the top three. The squad collected 229 points thanks to 110 kills.

Quite the finals, Nigma Galaxy put in a strong showing, finishing fourth with 221 points. Three chicken dinners were also recorded by the team.

The overall standings of the BMOC The Grind Finals

Team XO didn’t do well in the finals, finishing in seventh place with 84 kills and 201 points. Global Esports was the only team to finish outside of the top ten without receiving a chicken supper, while GodLike Esports came in 10th. Team XSpark finished in 14th place after yet another disappointing effort.

The prize pool for the event was 3,15,000 INR. The following is a breakdown of the prize pool:

Most Valuable Player

  • MVP: INR 40,000 – TSM Ninja

Ninja has once again demonstrated why he is quickly becoming a household name. The player managed to kill 49 people with around 10,500 HP of damage. BMOC Online Qualifier Updates

The BMOC’s Online Qualifiers will begin on April 21 and go until May 15. The tournament will be divided into four rounds, with 32 teams qualifying for the final round. The best twenty-four BMOC teams will proceed to the inaugural Pro Series, while the others will be eliminated.
