Orangutan Esports topped the overall points table with 49 kills and 101 points on the day. The team is the only one to score in the triple digits. Team Soul, a fan favourite, came in second place on the table with 79 points, followed by Global Esports, who came in third with 69 kills.
In their four matches, Team XO scored 57 points and had 23 kills. With one chicken supper, GodLike Esports took fifth place. Orange Rock, the league’s stage winner, had an ordinary day, finishing in 10th place, while Team X-Spark ended 11th.
Day 1 Match Standings
First Match
The orangutan is positioned at the very top. The first match, which took place on the classic Erangel map, featured a three-way struggle in the final circle between Soul, XO, and Orangutan. The match between Soul and Orangutan provided Team XO with an opportunity to press forward and win with 10 kills. In the match, Team Soul had a total of ten frags.
Second Match
Skylightz Gaming won the second match of the day with eight frags thanks to patient play. Global Esports came in second with 12 kills, followed by Hyderabad Hydras in third.
Third Match
GodLike Esports won the third match, which was contested on the Sanhok map, with eight kills, followed by Global Esports and XSpark, who each had six and five kills.
Fourth Match
With nine frags, Team Soul won the fourth battle against OR Esports in the final circle. Orangutan put in another strong performance to finish third, with Ash taking home MVP honours with five frags.
Fifth Match
In the fifth match, Orangutan went on a killing spree, racking up 18 kills. The team showed no mercy, opting for a go-all-in approach. For his ten kills, Akop was voted the match’s MVP.
Sixth Match
In the sixth match, Orangutan triumphed once more with 14 kills. Their prior performances had bolstered their confidence, which aided them in this encounter. With four frags each, Nigma Galaxy and Chemin came in second and third, respectively.
Kill Leaderboard
In the kill leaderboard, Akop from Orangutan is presently in first place with 19 frags. With 14 kills, Jokerr from Global Esports is just behind him, followed by Goblin.
Prize Money
- The top 16 teams are competing for a prize money of INR 3.15 lakh.
