We see how Rin also told Shiemi not to put distance between them from now and he has liked her the whole time. They were even having a conversation about going out on a date.
Shiemi wasn’t shy as she answered that the date would be better in the amusement park. Mr Okamura was happy for Rin. That’s what it means to be in love, and love is human. One of the best chapters so far in this arc.
