An odd Coca-Cola x Bleach drink partnership beverage has gone on sale in Japan, and fans are responding to the news on social media, know about the collab and where to buy the merch
Collaborations between soft drink and food companies and anime or manga creators are rather prevalent in Japan, where competing franchises compete for shelf space.

Pepsi is typically the company that produces goods in partnership with anime, most notably the Sakura Pepsi, Yuzu Pepsi, and Ghost Pepsi drinks.
With their own partnership with Bleach: The Thousand Year Blood War, Coca-Cola has now entered the fray. But what is this drink all about, and where can you buy it?
Coca-Cola Japan’s official statement read, “Coca-Cola Creations Volume 2! The globe is going crazy over Soul Blast, a brand-new Coke experience that was created through a partnership with Bleach. You will immediately sense your strongest self—one that no one else is aware of—the instant you grasp it in your hands or taste it.”
Special Bleach Collab Flavor Released By Coca-Cola And Its Pricing
The most recent Coca-Cola partnership is with the anime series Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War. The official Coca-Cola x Bleach flavour is named “Soul Blast” and is a member of the Coke Zero Sugar range. Don’t worry, it doesn’t contain any hazardous chemicals or cleaning products similar to those found in domestic bleach.
SugoiMart now has the beverage listed for $10 for a 255-ml can, despite the fact that these drinks were only made available for purchase in Japan. Other beverages available on the internet include Chainsaw Man x Zone Energy and Tokyo Revengers x Dydo Coffee.
The Bleach beverage is also available for purchase via NapaJapan for delivery to the US, with the disclaimer that “the beverage’s real taste is a mystery.” Furthermore, there is a pop-up store in Shinjuku, Tokyo, open until November 6, selling goods, beverages, and even clothing.
The Coke X Ichigo Collaboration Gets Reactions From Fans
The Coca-Cola and Bleach partnership has received mixed reviews online. One tweet that went viral questioned the wording of the product’s tagline, “Ever wonder what bleach tastes like?”
