The prediction was right, and Lucius Zogratis had been lurking under the identity of Julius Novachrono the entire journey. The present Wizard King is a front for the Time Devil, and Black Clover followers are on the edge after finding it.
Tabata broke the news at the last moment, and Zogratis revealed his status during a visit with his family. Lucius, it appears, has been employing the Time Devil’s powers to bend the future to his whim, so the Zogratis siblings aren’t too concerned about Lucifero’s death. After all, Julius’ reality is still safe from the rest of the civilized world. Also, his status as the Wizard King will keep the warriors at bay for the time being. But, no one expected that Black Clover would introduce such a surprising twist in the storyline.
