Rockhold managed to stand strong in his last fight despite many fans favoring Costa to brutally finish the veteran.

Following the fight against Costa, Luke revealed his plans to retire in his post-fight press conference. He has since become a free agent and ended up joining BKFC. The veteran UFC fighter will now make his BKFC debut against a familiar face in Mike Perry. Mike, who is also a former UFC fighter, has been boxing in BKFC for some time now. He has already fought Michael Seals, Julian Lane, and Michael “Venom” Page.

As of now, there is not much info regarding Luke’s fight purse in his upcoming BKFC debut bout. However, with Luke vs Perry set as the main attraction, many sources claim that Rockhold will reportedly earn between $800-700k. Meanwhile, Mike is expected to receive around $500,000 in the upcoming fight, his biggest career payday till date.

Luke Rockhold UFC vs BKFC salary

In comparison to his UFC salary, this is huge jump for Luke. The former UFC Middleweight champion earned around $200,000 per fight on an average during his time in the UFC. In fact, Luke’s highest payout in the UFC was during his loss to Yoel Romero at UFC 221, where he received $485,000. As such, Luke will receive a significantly bigger payout this time.

Mike Perry UFC vs BKFC salary

Similarly, Mike Perry is also set to secure a large salary in the BKFC 41 main event. Perry left the UFC following two back-to-back losses to Daniel Rodriguez and Tim Means. While fighting in the UFC, Perry won Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night honors twice.

However, his UFC salary earnings were not as rewarding. On an average, “Platinum” earned just a little over $100,000 per fight. Moreover, Mike’s biggest UFC payday was just $190,000 against Mickey Gall. In comparison to his BKFC salary, Perry earns around $200k and $250, which is doible his UFC salary.
