The voice of Billy Packer was always associated with March Madness. He worked for NBC (1974–1981) and CBS (1981–2008). During his time there, he called all of the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship games. From 1975 to 2008, he did the same for the men’s Final Four.
