Following 14 weeks of fierce competition, Asianet’s popular celebrity reality show Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5 winner and prize money is now out
The show’s fifth season began on March 26 with 18 contestants, but only six reached its grand finale.

Bigg Boss Malayalam 5’s producers published a promo ahead of the finale. Mohanlal was seen thanking viewers for their support of the show.
He said, “For the last 14 weeks, you have eagerly watched all the episodes of Bigg Boss Malayalam. You have chosen the winners and losers of the competition. You have accompanied us on this adventure. I too was interested in what was going on in the house and watched the contestants’ journey. It all comes to a magnificent finish today, July 2. Witness the eagerly anticipated conclusion with me.”
Cerena Ann Johnson was fired from Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5 one day prior to the show’s conclusion. Nadira Mehrin left the performance on Day 94 carrying the money box. Another pair of contestants who just left Bigg Boss Malayalam were Rinosh George and Aniyan Midhun.
The Winner and Runner-Ups Of The Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5
Akhil Marar clinches the trophy for Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5. A trophy, a Maruti Fronx Nexa, and a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakh were given to Marar.
The announcement was made by the show’s host, Mohanlal. He won, outshining inmate Reneesha Rahiman by a very large margin. Rahman’s position was highly unexpected.
Meanwhile, Junaid VP was named the second runner-up in the competition, and Sobha Viswanath was named the third runner-up.
