In the 2nd episode, we have seen that Chang-ho is being rushed to the hospital after the terrible incident. When he remembers his time in high school, it is clear that he has been extremely unfortunate throughout his life. Yet, it’s comforting to know that Mi-ho will always be at his side. When he wakes up in the emergency room, the same scene greets him: his worried wife leans over him, wondering whether he is okay.
In the meantime, a guy in a mask steals Chang-phone ho’s and the pen drive and drives away. After discovering drugs in his test results, Chang-ho is arrested and carried away from the hospital the instant he stands up freely. He wants to speak with Do-ha in jail after realizing who drugged him and the reason. Later he tells the mayor how and why he ended himself there in this dangerous situation.
