In another scene we see Choi and Jo Yoon discussing Mr. Min’s murder. Choi wanted to claim a percentage of share in Cha’s business but he doesn’t have proper evident papers for it. So, both of them decide to frame Mr. Cha in Mr. Min’s murder.
