Belair sustained a cracked hyoid bone in the throat as a result of Becky Lynch’s attack on Monday Night Raw, according to WWE.com.
Lynch threw a chair over Belair’s head and neck and slammed her against the ring post last Monday. The “injury” news looks to be part of their ongoing plot. Lynch had been out of commission for a week after suffering a legitimate neck injury at a house show.
Belair will not require surgery, according to WWE’s “injury” report, and has been out of work for a “unspecified period of time” as she recovers.
