Bhediya Movie Post Credit Scene, Story And Ending Explained

As Janardan helps keep Bhaskar away at a shed outside their home with enough raw meat to consume, the arrival of friends Vicky and Bittu throws him off. In this post-credit scene, the arrival of Vicky and Bittu marks the merging of the “Stree” universe and the “Bhediya” universe, their common factor being Janardan/Janna who is is the point of contact between Bhaskar, Vicky, and Bittu and hopes that they soon find a common goal and help each other eliminate their enemies.

Vicky and Bittu want to locate “Stree” and possibly use Janna’s help to tackle her, and Bhaskar would use the “Bhediya” to eliminate people that mess with the forests which Vishanu was protecting. The meeting of all these characters would mean a bigger enemy is waiting for them, and the possibility of a “Bhediya” sequel and film that will have characters from both films tackling an enemy.

‘Bhediya’: Character Of Bhaskar Explained In The Movie

The film’s focus on nature conservation makes characters and viewers more aware of the significance that forests, wildlife, and other natural environments have for us as humans.

A Bhaskar Characteristic “Bhediya” is the story of a man who decides to defend the woodlands from trespassers after accepting that the Vishanu curse will follow him for the rest of his life. Bhaskar, who was given the curse by Vishanu, never intended to turn into the beast he is now. Nor did he wish to adopt a different mindset toward the project for which he was given the responsibility of obtaining clearance.

Bhaskar, who hails from a large metropolis, is dedicated to accumulating wealth and leading a luxury lifestyle. He just cares about getting the people’s approval for the road project. Unfortunately, after a chase, he is bitten by a huge wolf that same night. Bhaskar observes alterations in his body and in how he feels about his physical appearance. Overnight, his wound has healed, his senses have changed, and his teeth have grown sharper.

Bhaskar starts to overhear conversations between people who are thousands of kilometres distant from him. He meets the village’s youth and persuades them to give up their land so that the road can be built, and he is still unperturbed by this encounter.

One night, a road project official who had been severely injured by an animal was discovered. When Bhaskar awakens, he has some hazy memories of it, but he also learns about the injury suffered by the relevant party. Just as the wounds are starting to heal, he comes across the attacked person’s unconscious body. He goes after the physician and his staff as they burn the victim in order to stop the spread of the curse.

Bhaskar To Bhediya

Bhaskar transforms into a wolf on the night of the full moon a few weeks later, and he is unable to stop the process. He develops into a fully grown beast, ready to hunt and ravage those who support clearing the forest. They believed Bhaskar would now be more sympathetic to the cause of conserving the forest because of his transition and metamorphosis into a werewolf, which shortly thereafter Janaradan, Jomin, and Anika learned of.

Every time Bhaskar goes out for a night as the beast, he ends up completely naked and is always saved by Anika. Anika hopes Bhaskar will alter his mind because she is a fervent supporter of the villagers who are defending their land, wildlife, and habitat. If the curse is lifted, Bhaskar eventually wants to leave this place and his life behind.

Anika To Vishanu

He later came to know that Anika is a Vishanu, and he understood why she wanted to preserve the forest, which he was prepared to clear. She is a 100-year-old beast who would go on a rampage to protect her environment and home, which has also been the case for many of the villagers. As time passes, Bhaskar becomes aware of his many errors. He recognises the value of what she is doing and supports her efforts to preserve the natural environment. Bhaskar uses all the strength he possesses to become a “Bhediya,” a power he was unaware he possessed when Anika/Vishanu is apprehended.

Vishanu, the werewolf, is being attempted to be burned alive when he diverts the policewoman. He prevents them from torching the cage in which they imprison her and causes mayhem by attacking the policeman one at a time. He saves Vishani/Anika and assists her in saving the forest. Bhaskar’s change into a werewolf did not initially benefit him or help him grasp its significance, but now that he has saved Vishanu/Anika, he is more aware of the need to act morally and help people who are in need.

Bhaskar makes the choice to carry an extremely hurt Vishanu/Anika to her favourite spot atop the hill, where she spends her final moments. His realisation of his larger life objective—to safeguard the forest that Vishanu/Anika has been defending for 100 years against those who would destroy the village’s means of subsistence—follows her death.

Verdict

The movie’s screenplay could have been clearer because it didn’t go into more detail about the legend in the village about the beast Vishanu. There was no buildup for the audience to be shocked by Vishanu’s identity when it was finally revealed. The reveal did not leave a lasting impression on the audience when the movie ended because the moment came and went. Instead of focusing solely on the transformation, the screenplay ought to have given more attention to the “Bhediya” lore.
