The finals event which concludes on August 11, comes following the completion of the BGMI Masters Series 2024 playoffs.

BGMS Season 3 Grand Finals teams
The competition features a total of 16 teams, including the top 12 teams from the recently-concluded BGMS Season 3 playoffs as well as the top four teams from the BGMS Season 3 League Week. The four teams that qualified from the BGMS Season 3 league stage are: Reckoning Esports, Global Esports, Carpe Diem, and Gods Reign. Meanwhile, the other 12 teams are:

BGMS Season 3 Grand Finals format
Each team of the 16 teams will play 12 matches, four matches on every matchday, with matches starting at 6:30 PM IST.

The NODWIN Gaming Arena, located in New Delhi will serve as the venue for BGMI Masters Series 2024 finals.
BGMS Season 3 Grand Finals prize pool
The upcoming finals will feature a total prize pool of a massive INR 1 crore. The winner of the tournament will receive a mouth-watering cash prize worth INR 55 lakh while the runner-up will receive INR 15 lakh. Meanwhile, the third and fourth-placed teams will also receive INR 7.5 lakh and INR 3.5 lakh, respectively.
