The next Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Open Challenge is open to BGMI players with Level 25 and above, as well as Tier Platinum 5 members and above.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) developer Krafton has announced that registration for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge (BMOC) shall begin on March 14, 2022 and will run till 27 March. The BMIOC is the first time the semi-pro event for BGMI has been held by South Korean developers.

“With the Open Challenge, the tournament looks at levelling the playing field for many aspirational players while providing specialized opportunities to pro-level players,” Krafton stated.
Following the registrations, in-game qualifiers will begin. While in Round 1 of a Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge. A total of 512 teams are scheduled to compete. With 256 teams qualifying for the second round.
64 teams will proceed to a third-round at the event from a total of 256 competing teams in the second round. Finally, 32 teams will qualify for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge’s fourth round.
The tournament’s 32 qualifying teams will advance to the BGMI Pro Series. By topping the BGMI Pro Series, gamers have a chance to win a cash prize of Rs 75 lakh.
While the 32 teams will participate in a Round Robin style. With 16 teams qualifying for the BMPS Season 1 grand finals. The competition will only be played in an online mode.
Battlegrounds Mobile India, or BGMI for short, is a famous battle royale game available in India. Following the Indian government banning its other game, PUBG Mobile India, on national security and personal protection grounds, Krafton released the game in the region.
