When players create an ID the first thing they have to do is to customize their character and give a name. Players can find the name section on the right bottom corner where they can create a new name for themselves. Furthermore, the name should be unique and it should not be taken. Earlier in PUBG Mobile, players were not allowed to keep the same name so they had to add special characters in their name.

Change User ID
Alike PUBG Mobile, Battlegrounds Mobile India also requires a rename card to change the name. So, players must have a rename card to change their name. Also, one rename card gives only one chance to rename so be careful while using the card. Now, once you have the rename card follow these steps to change the name:
1. Open Battlegrounds Mobile India
2. Go to inventory and then scroll down to the last section
3. You’ll find your rename card in the inventory
4. Tap on the card and then tap on use it
5. You will get a bar, where you have to write your new name.
6. Click on Done, and you’ll find your name is renamed.
How to get a rename card in BGMI
There are many ways to get a rename card in Battlegrounds Mobile India. Additionally, the most common method is to buy it by spending UC. One rename card costs around 180 UC which is equivalent to Rs 250. Furthermore, players can also perform several tasks and earn coins. Use those coins to redeem the rename card.
