The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 ingame qualifiers are all set to begin this month, check out the dates, format, scoring system, total prize money, and more below
Ahead of the start of the competition, teams completed their registration on April 7 through Krafton India Esports’ website.
Simultaneously, another BGIS event called The Grind, which is a qualifier for 256 invited teams, has already been started.

The upcoming competition is set to take place from April 15 to 21, 2024. The competition will feature all the registered teams in the first phase, from where the top 1024 teams will then advance to Round 1.
BGIS 2024 in-game qualifiers format
The upcoming competition will see the teams compete in classic mode across a total of 15 matches. Out of the 15 matches, their best 10 matches will be considered in the overall standings and all players need to have a Platinum V tier in the game. The publishers will then choose 1024 teams from the In-Game Qualifiers that advance to the first round of the BGIS.
Round 1 of the BGIS will take place across four days, from May 2 to 5, 2024, where the 1024 teams will get seeded into 64 different groups. Following this, the publisher will then host three matches for each group. Following the end of this stage, the top seven teams from each group and the 32 other teams from the overall scoreboard will then progress to the subsequent round.

The BGIS 2024 will have a 10-point scoring system, where the winner of each match will win 10 placement points. Given below is the full point system:
