What Exactly Happened in Berserk Chapter 373
The chapter opens with Isidro and Serpico talking about Schierke aboard the Seahorse. They had been looking for him for some time, Serpico claims. Isidro inquired if he could help with anything and then filled him in on their predicament. When Casca disappeared, he gave him orders to track her down.
Meanwhile, Schierke was keen on engaging in some sort of mystical rite. During that rite, she meditated for a long time in order to increase her awareness and insight. After a close inspection of the trail, she saw a large concentration of OD off in the distance, moving in the direction of a single point. She went there on her own will and found Guts lying on the floor, unable to get up.
Guts’ weapon, the Dragon Slayer, suddenly showed the Beast of Darkness, who will be born in Berserk chapter 374. The Beast laughed at Guts’s sorry plight, which set off an emotional reaction from Guts and made him furious. After hearing it, our hero grabbed his sword and got back up.
