The ATP Challenger tour in India is the second leg of the competition, following the first leg, which was held in Chennai.
Bengaluru Open 2023 ATP Challenger
The tournament will feature local men’s doubles pair Ramkumar Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni. The pair had a great outing back in the 2022 edition after they reached the finals in the doubles section.
Meanwhile, Saketh Myneni will not be able to play in the 2023 edition. However, Ramanathan will pair up with Italy’s Francesco Maestrelli and play the qualifiers in the singles section.
India’s top seed in singles, Prajnesh Gunneswaran is also set to start his 2023 campaign in the qualifiers. He Despite, an injury issue last week at the Chennai Open, he and will look to start afresh with the Bengaluru Open.

Leo Borg is a 19-year-old is the son of 11-time Grand Slam winner Bjorn Borg. Prior to the Leo Bengaluru Open 2023 ATP Challenger, Leo took part in the ATP Chennai Open Challenger. However, he lost in the opening round to Hamad Medjedovic. Besides Leo, Chennai Open semifinalist, Sumit Nagal won the wildcard in the main draw alongside local lad Prajwal Dev.
