The upcoming fight is the finals of the Bellator Bantamweight Grand Prix and comes with a belt and $1 million.
Raufeon Stots
Stots is a two-time NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships gold medalist. He turned pro back in 2015, and he is also a VFC bantamweight champion and previously featured on Dana White’s Lookin’ For a Fight.
Stots joined Bellator back in 2019 and he currently has a 7-0 record with the promotion. Stots was initially supposed to fight against Pettis, but following Pettis’ injury, Stots had to put the fight on hold.
The 34-year-old defeated Juan Archuleta back in April 2022 during a Grand Prix quarter-final bout for the interim belt. He then moved on to the semi-finals in December, where he beat Danny Sabatello.
Patchy Mix
Patchy Mix is an American MMA fighter who turned pro in 2016. Mix is a KOTC bantamweight champion and he joined Bellator back in 2019. Mix currently has a 7-1 record with Bellator. He is a former title contender and is currently on a four-fight win streak. Patchy defeated Kyoji Horiguchi in the Grand Prix quarter-finals to then move on to the semi-finals where he won against Magomed Magomedov in December.
