The Plot of Behind Your Touch
A good-hearted Veterinarian and a cynical Detective are the series’ main protagonists. Veterinarian Bong Ye-boon (Han Ji-min) is also a psychic. By touching the bottom of a living creature, she can see all that has happened to it in the past. Along the way, she crosses up with Detective Moon Jang-yeol (Lee Min-ki) and finds herself embroiled in investigations.
Because of his incredible temper in Seoul, Jang-yeol has been sent to the rural town of Mujin. He goes in search of Ye-boon and begins investigating other crimes so that he can return to the city. Kim Sun-woo (Suho) moves to Mujin and gets a job in a supermarket, and this alters the course of events for the family. Despite his pleasant demeanor, he conceals sinister secrets.
What To Expect
In the pilot, we meet Bong Ye-boon for the first time. We’ll learn about how she put her psychic skills to use during her time in the Mujin community. Her life narrative may have some bearing on the depiction of her psychic abilities. However, the director may choose not to reveal it in order to maintain suspense. A picture of the villagers’ daily struggles and their anxiety over the town’s hidden past will emerge. There will be a symbol depicting Moon Jang-yeol’s exile to Mujin for his destructive behavior in Seoul. We will risk getting to know him and his fiery personality and wild social life.
Suho’s performance as Sun-woo will air near the end of the pilot episode to pique viewers’ interest. Audiences will get to see Detectives Jang-yeol and Ye-boon in action as they solve a wide variety of crimes and cases. As expected, the first episode doesn’t have much going for it, but it just makes viewers that much more eager to learn the truth in the subsequent episodes.
