Earlier, players were allowed to transfer their data from PUBG Mobile to Battlegrounds Mobile India, but now it is paused for an unknown reason
Android players can now enjoy the battle royal game named Battlegrounds Mobile on their devices. Earlier, Krafton released the early access of the game which was developed exclusively for Indian gamers. Furthermore, in a post, Krafton released a statement saying that players can transfer their data from PUBG Mobile to Battlegrounds Mobile India till 31st December.
Now, the game is officially released for android players. Moreover, Krafton released a notice saying that the data transfer will be paused from 6th July. So, what’s the reason and when it will resume?
When Will Be The Data Transfer Resume in Battlegrounds Mobile India?
Once again Android players will find themselves lucky as the BGMI game is launched on Android before iOS. Moreover, players will not be able to transfer their data from 6th July as Krafton said in one of their posts. The reason behind the pause in data transfer is still unknown. It is expected that Krafon will resume the data transfer once it is released for iOS and when google play will allow the players to transfer their data.
Earlier, players who had their ID linked with Google play account failed to transfer their data to their new account. And, only Facebook and Twitter users were able to transfer their data.
How To Transfer Data From Google Play Store In BGMI?
There is another way to transfer your PUBG data to BGMI if it is liked with Google Play ID. Furthermore, the players need to link their game ID of Google play with Facebook. And, they can easily transfer the data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI.
Note: Players who played the PUBG Mobile Livik version are only allowed to transfer their data. This means if your PUBG game was not updated during the time of the ban, you cannot transfer your data.
It is expected that the data transfer will resume in the upcoming few days once it is launched for iOS. Moreover, the data transfer came like a blessing for the players who spend too much money on the game. Now, they are relieved as all the skins and outfits are back into the game.
