The popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile’s Indian adaptation, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), was the topic of recent discussions between Krafton’s CEO and CFO during the company’s Q4 2022 Earnings Call.
The Battlegrounds Mobile India community believes that the game will soon make a successful comeback as a result of KRAFTON’s (Battlegrounds Mobile India publisher) most recent remark.
Kim, the CEO of KRAFTON, expects that the title will become available after the service suspension is lifted.

Dongkeun Bae, CFO of Krafton, mentioned that the suspension of BGMI had a negative impact on the business’ mobile division during a recent conference call about Krafton’s Q4 2022 earnings.
Bae acknowledged the challenges the mobile division of Krafton had in 2022 and stated that it was a difficult year for the business.
Bae expressed optimism about the future of the mobile division despite the challenges experienced in 2022 and said that regional and regulatory uncertainties are anticipated to lessen in 2023.
The effort Krafton is making to return BGMI services, he further stated, is considerable.
Additionally, Krafton’s CEO CH Kim revealed that a new game is in the works.
Kim discussed the game’s potential return and mentioned:
We are expecting that Battlegrounds Mobile India will be unbanned this year. The service suspension will also be resolved. If it happens, we will once again see the growth of the title.”

Please take note that KRAFTON has not yet announced or confirmed any dates. They are aware of the wide appeal of BGMI in India and are making every effort to reintroduce the book.
As was already indicated before, the remark has increased enthusiasm and sparked new optimism among the fans.
