The Comilla Victorians are the reigning champions after winning the 2023 edition and will be looking to retain their title against the six other teams.

Bangladesh Premier League (BPL 2024) format

BPL 2024 will feature seven teams like the previous editions, out of which the top four teams will qualify for the playoffs. Following the playoffs, the two last-standing teams will compete in the finals on March 1. The competition will feature 46 matches in total, and it will feature international stars like Sunil Narine, Babar Azam, Andre Russell, Ben Cutting, Fakhar Zaman, and more. This tournament will follow a double round-robin and playoff format.

Match venues

All 46 matches of the upcoming competition will take place across three venues in Bangladesh. The three venues are Shere Bangla National Stadium, Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, and Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. Notably, the playoff stage will begin on February 25, and all the playoff matches will take place in Dhaka.
