Bangalore Cake Show 2023 features
A standout feature of this year’s Cake Show is the exquisite replica of the newly inaugurated New Parliament in Delhi. Crafted with precision and artistry by five talented bakers—Santnu, Mahesh, Arun, Mohit, and Pramod—this monumental creation spans an impressive 14 feet in width, 14 feet in length, and 9 feet in height.
Comprising a total of 1120 kg of cake, the New Parliament is set to be the pride of the exhibition, showcasing the dedication and hard work of these masterful bakery artists.
The cake show boasts an extensive array of cake artistry, displayed across an expansive 20,000 square feet area. From the majestic Camel Cake to an Alligator in a Stamp Cake and the enchanting Frozen Castle, attendees can expect a visual feast that caters to all tastes.
In addition to the New Parliament, the exhibition features unique cake models that cater to a diverse audience. A seven-feet tall Shivaji Maharaj on a horse holding a sword cake pays homage to history, while a 3-feet tall Chandrayaan-3 sugar statue, weighing 205 kg, commemorates India’s strides in space exploration.
