The temple design and architecture

The Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh occupies 2.77 acres and is separated into five sections: the gun mandap, rang mandap, nritya mandap, kirtan mandap, and prarthna mandap. The main sanctum sanctorum is known as the garbh greh. The temple will stand 161 feet tall and have three floors that are each 19.5 feet wide and is being built at a cost of Rs,18,000 crore.

Temples dedicated to Shiva, the goddesses Annapurna and Bhagwati, Ganesha, Hanuman, and Surya (the sun) will all be located within the complex housing the Ram temple. Along with other amenities like yagya/anusthan mandap, a rest house for religious leaders, an administrative building, etc., temples dedicated to mythological saints like Valmiki, Vashisth, Viswamitra, Jatayu, and Sabri are also planned.

The committee responsible for the construction of the temple has also acquired 71 acres of property to establish public services in the vicinity. With the aim of zero discharge, two sewerage treatment plants are planned, and treated water will be used for flushing and irrigation in order to lessen the burden on the Municipal Corporation.
