1. Emiliano Buendía
Argentine International Emiliano Buendia joined the club from Norwich City for a transfer fee of around £38 million which is fairly nominal for the quality of Emiliano. 24-years-old will now take over the number 10 jersey of Jack Grealish and will be responsible for creating goalscoring opportunities.
2. Danny Ings
29-years-old Danny Ings has enjoyed a lot of time in the Premier League by roaming from club to club but his most successful spell came with Southampton where he featured in 100 games in all competitions for the club finding the net 46 times.
He has joined Aston Villa on a transfer fee of around £25 million which is fairly high for a player of his age.
3. Ashley Young
Veteran English footballer Ashley Young has joined the club after the expiry of his contract at Serie-A club Inter Milan. He has put pen to paper on a 1-year deal with the club with an option to extend one more year.
4. Leon Bailey
Jamaican International Leon bailey has joined Premier League from Bayern Leverkusen on a 4-year deal on an undisclosed fee. He featured in 156 games for the club in all competitions finding the net 39 times during his 5-year spell with the club.
5. Axel Tuanzebe
Tuanzebe joined Manchester United Academy in the summer of 2015 progressing through the youth ranks of the club. He left on loan multiple times in search of regular football and has once again returned to Aston Villa for his third loan spell with the club after signing a new 2-year deal with Manchester United.
