One more day to go when you can finally enjoy the Sports climbing at the Asian Games 2023 as the event is scheduled to kick off tomorrow, October 3, Tuesday.

At the Jakarta 2018 Asian Games, sport climbing made its Asian Games debut. It will appear once more at the continental competition in Hangzhou. The event debuted at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics as well.
Seven climbers from India will compete in a variety of competitions at the sporting mega-fest. India will be represented at Hangzhou 2023 by seven climbers. Three climbers will compete in the lead and bouldering events, while four climbers will compete in the speed climbing competitions.
Saniya Sheikh will represent India in lead and bouldering, while Shiv Preet and Anisha Verma will focus on speed climbing. Aman Verma, Viraj, Shiv Preet, Anisha Verma, and Saniya Sheikh are among the five climbers who have already arrived in Hangzhou with the chairman of the National Sports Climbing Committee. Sport climbing competitions at the Asian Games 2023 will run from October 3 to October 7 and all the climbing events will be held at at the Shaoxing Keqiao Yangshan Sport Climbing Centre.
