The Asia Cup 2023 will kick off on August 30 with Pakistan vs. Nepal at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Pakistan, where three additional matches will be played as part of the continental competition.

Following an excessive wait, the schedule and locations for the continental competition were finally announced last month, with the matches being split between two nations as a result of India’s unwillingness to send a team to Pakistan.
The tournament will use a hybrid format, with four matches being hosted by Pakistan, all of India’s matches being played in Sri Lanka, and the remaining nine games being played in the Emerald Isle – Sri Lanka.
Pakistan, one of the co-hosts, is put in Group A with India and Nepal, while Sri Lanka, another co-host, is put in Group B with Bangladesh and Afghanistan. On September 2, Kandy, Sri Lanka, will host the eagerly anticipated confrontation between India and Pakistan.
The first round group stage matches will be played on September 3, Afghanistan vs. Sri Lanka on September 5, and one Super Four match, A1 vs. B2, on September 6. The Pakistan leg will feature one match in Multan and three in Lahore at the Gadaffi Stadium.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has revealed the location to purchase tickets as well as the time that they will be available for sale for the matches in Pakistan, which are set to begin soon.

Tickets will be available at pcb.bookme.pk, according to a press release issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which will host the event, on Friday, August 11.
