This year’s edition will also see the return of the T20 format for the first time since 2016.
The Asia Cup 2022 is set to begin on August 27 with Sri Lanka playing against Afghanistan. The most-anticipated India vs Pakistan fixture will be held on August 28 and the final of the tournament will be held on September 11 in the Dubai International Stadium.
