His elder brother works in Canada and Arshdeep received his early education from Guru Nanak Public School, Chandigarh.
His elder sister is named Gurleen Kaur. Arshdeep is currently unmarried and single as well with him not dating anyone.
Career
In the player auction for the 2019 Indian Premier League, he was purchased by Kings XI Punjab in December 2018.
On April 16, 2019, he made his Twenty20 debut for Kings XI Punjab in the 2019 Indian Premier League.
He was praised for his outstanding performances and concluded as the team’s second-highest wicket-taker. He was picked to India’s squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh in November 2019.
On December 25, 2019, he made his first-class debut for Punjab in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy. He was picked as one of five net bowlers for India’s trip of Sri Lanka in June 2021.
Singh was added to India’s main squad for their final two Twenty20 International (T20I) matches of the tour after a good argument for COVID-19 in the Indian team.
