Arsenal Fans Reveal AFTV Were Lying About Home Supporter Celebrating Manchester City’s Fourth Goal

Arsenal fans present at the stadium have shared clips which refute the allegations AFTV had levelled of the club’s supporters celebrating alongside City fans

Schooled 5-0 by Manchester City, Arsenal ended August without a win to their name in the Premier League. On a three match losing spree at the moment in the league, one where the club has shipped in nine goals and scored none, Arsenal have embarked on their worst ever start to a season.

What has made for larger concern is the complete lack of a fight and appetite to overhaul their dreary form from the players. Paired with Mikel Arteta’s clear inability to turn things around, the future doesn’t make for pleasant viewing for the club.

As Arsenal were routed by City with Granit Xhaka getting sent off in the process, it was clearly that the environment around the Emirates was going to get extremely hostile. Fans were seen leaving at halftime as the club yet again dished out a lackluster display.

AFTV Caught Lying About Arsenal Supporters Celebrating

As Manchester City went onto score their fourth of the day as Rodrigo Hernandez slotted in a neat finish, AFTV took to Twitter to share visuals of what it claimed were the Arsenal supporters celebrating with City fans. The tweet which soon went viral was used by opposition supporters to mock Arsenal with many hitting out at the club’s fans for turning their back on the club.

However, ensuing the tweet by the bemusing channel, a raft of Arsenal supporters went onto rebut the charge. They shared their stories from the stadium along with video proof, ones which clearly alluded at AFTV lying from between its teeth.
