According to Simon Collings, the Gunners have entered into a significant partnership, selling the naming rights of their London Colney base to Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Sobha Realty, now known as the Sobha Realty Training Centre.
The training ground at London Colney, in Hertfordshire, next to junction 22 of the M25, will be called the Sobha Realty Training Centre and this is the first time the Gunners renamed their training facility since arriving in October 1999.
As part of the deal, the Dubai based luxury developer will become the training kit sleeve partner for the club’s men’s and women’s teams.

The collaboration began in September 2023, with Sobha Realty securing naming rights to The WM Club, a premium match day hospitality suite at Emirates Stadium, now known as ‘The WM Club, Presented by Sobha.’
The Sobha Realty branding has been prominently featured at men’s and women’s home fixtures at Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park, supporting the developer’s ambitions to grow its brand globally.
