At the moment, Broja is playing at Southampton on loan from Chelsea for the 2021/22 season but had already signed a 5-year deal with The Blues before he arrived at Hampshire last summer. The 20-year Albanian striker has managed to net seven goals in a total of 21 games in all competitions so far, enough to prove his worth and fascinate many Premier League sides.
According to reports, Southampton had apparently decided to folk out a 25 million pounds bid this month for the player, but it turns out that these claims are false and have now been denied by the Hampshire-based club. The second side to show interest in the player was West Ham, but now, it just so happens that Newcastle United are the most recent ones to have proposed an offer to Broja.
The Magpies had apparently raised an offer of 40 million Euros for the 20-year old striker, as per claims in Italy. But Broja’s move to one of these clubs is only possible if Chelsea decides against reclaiming the player. However, The Blues have no plans to sell Broja. Instead, they will wait until the summer to take any decisions related to the future of the 6’3 Albanian.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has also went on record to praise Broja but also does not want him to get swayed away too quickly by offers from other clubs. The German coach recently spoke about how he has told the youngster to keep his head down and concentrate on making a statement on the south coast at the moment.

Broja signed a 5-year contract with Chelsea last year in the summer, before he left for Southampton on loan for the 2021/22 season. The deal didn’t include a clause/option for the player to be bought at the end of the season and now Chelsea have decided to wait till the summer of 2022 to make a decision on Broja’s future endeavors.
The Albanian earns 8,500 pounds per week, with a total of 442,000 pounds earned annually by the player.
