In 2018 Arjun Lal Jat and Arvind Singh got chosen as reserves by the Rowing Federation f India for the Jakarta Asian Games in Indonesia. At the event, the lightweight double sculls team of Rohith Kumar and Bhagawan Singh achieved the bronze medal by their hard work.

Arjun made his way for the Summer Olympic Games season of 2020 after ending at the second number at the Asia/Oceania Continental Qualifying Regatta event is held in Tokyo in Japan and on the issuing of Asian and Oceania Qualification Regatta spots.
Now Arjun Lal Jat has represented Team India at the Men’s Lightweight double sculls event in Rowing at the Summer Olympics of 2020 held in Tokyo in Japan. Both Arjun and Aravind Singh were trained and chased by the Army Sports Institute in Pune.
