Pictures of a creature known as Lynx Owl went viral on Twitter, but are they real or fake
LYNX Owl has taken over social media with the caption “real or fake?”. It comes weeks after an image of a so-called Amazon Snake Cat had the internet in awe but turned out to be a sham.
Are the lynx owl pictures real or fake after they go viral on Twitter

True. But what about the animals foxes prey on — the groundnesting birds, door mice & other small mammals, snakes,…? In a healthy ecosystem there are higher-level predators to keep fox numbers in check. But without the wolves, lynx, eagle, eagle owls…?https://t.co/uRucdlWgIc

The Twitter image of the LYNX owl was first shared by a user named @EzerRatchaga on 30th April 2023. The photo was of a beautiful owl creature who was sitting in the middle of the desert.
The creature’s face and wings were just like an Owl but paws and fur of lynx, hence people named it a Lynx Owl. Lynxes are usually medium-sized wildcats that roam in regions of North America, Europe, and Asia, in the forests.
This animal is of white and brown color and has long horns just like the horned owl, which is also known by the name tiger owl, and piercing orange eyes reminiscent of both species.

Is it real or fake?
The viral picture is fake and no such thing species are present like a Lynx Owl. It has been made using artificial intelligence which allows to digitally create a phoney image while using high computer technology.
Earlier this weekend, the pictures of King Charles at the Met Gala with his wife Camilla wearing stunning outfits were all over TikTok now.
However, this was made with AI tools and tricked internet users as they looked scarily real.
AI photo fools Twitter
The image caught the attention of loads of people on Twitter who thought this was actually realistic.
One person said,” A real beauty. which I have never ever seen before. Thanks for posting.’
“A ferocious look, A magnificent looking animal!” another one wrote
A third one commented: “Incredibly beautiful Lynx bird,”
However, the whole thing was a hoax, “The paws give it away,” a person said.
Another agreed, “It is obviously fake. The paws aren’t right?”
Apart from the spread of fake pictures, death hoaxes have also become quite common.
