EA have confirmed the official release date and time countdown for the new Apex Legends Season 15 update titled, Eclipse
The update will also feature a new hero character named Catalyst and EA have released a character trailer for Catalyst showing off some of the character’s gameplay.

EA have also confirmed Catalyst as the game’s first Trans legend and also revealed the character’s abilities.
Apex Legends Season 15 Official Release Date And Time
EA have confirmed the release date and start time countdown for the new Apex Legends Season 15 Eclipse update as 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, and 17:00 GMT/18:00 BST on November 1st.
The developers confirmed the date and time details on the game’s official Twitter. Moreover, fans of the game will notice that new chapters for the game always launch at the above hours.
New Battle Pass And New Map
Just like other updates, the new update will also bring with it a new Battle Pass. The Eclipse update will also include a new map called Broken Moon.

Catalyst’s Abilities
Given below are all the confirmed abilities for new Apex Legends Season 15 Eclipse’ latest Trans hero, Catalyst:
Piercing Strikes
Ability type – Tactical
Piercing Strikes throws out a blotch of ferrofluid, which transforms into spikes when enemies are nearby. At the same time, Catalyst is immune to enemy spikes.
Barricade
Ability type – Passive
This ability allows Catalyst to reinforce doors. Using Barricade, Catalyst can strengthen any doors and also lock them for enemies.
Besides reinforcing existing doors, Catalyst can also reinforce the spaces where doors have been destroyed using the ability.
Dark Veil
Ability type – Ultimate
Catalyst can raise a permeable wall of ferrofluid using the dark veil ability. Enemy characters that walk through the ferrofluid gradually slow down and get partially blinded for a short amount of time.
