Christopher, who struggles with sensory processing, easily completed all six hurdles. Then, he pressed the buzzer to advance to the semi-finals.
David Wright, 22, took the platform as the night’s first participant. He glided through the falling steps and the rollercoaster hurdle in no time. In a second choice, he decided to cross the snake, but was unable to do so and therefore lost. He promised to return the following year.
Lilah Mathison also appeared in the show, which now has a lower age minimum of 15 years old. She overcame every significant hurdle till the final choice was made. The domino task was her idea, but she was unable to complete it.
Rafael didn’t even make it through the first round. On the other hand, Brad Giles won four rounds but failed to complete the fifth. Jeff Loftus and his ‘The Loonies’ squad received a lot of support from their friends. He overcame the barrier of diminishing stairs and the rollercoaster. In a 50-50 decision, he selected the dominos challenge and even survived that stage. He was unable to overcome the salmon wall barrier and hence failed to secure his place in the semi-finals.
