The 17th edition of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup, formerly known as the AFC Futsal Championship, will take place in 2024. The top four teams will also qualify for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan, in addition to Uzbekistan, which automatically qualified as the host nation.
The schedule and groupings for the AFC Futsal Asian Cup have been made public. 32 teams will fight this year for a place in the cup competition for the next year.

Australia and Taiwan are in the same group as the defending champions, Japan. From October 7 to October 11, Tajikistan will host the Indian team’s qualifying matches.

- Group E: Tajikistan (H), Myanmar, Palestine, India
- Group F: Kuwait, Bahrain (H), Timor-Leste, Brunei Darussalam
- Group G: Uzbekistan (H), Iraq, Malaysia, Cambodia
- Group H: Japan, Chinese Taipei (H), Australia
