In an apparent last minute change of plans, Adama Traore has ruled out the opportunity to move to Tottenham Hotspur and instead decided to move back to Barcelona on loan for the rest of the 2021-22 season.
The news of Traoreโs move to Barcelona hit the papers right after it became certain that French international Ousmane Dembele was not going to be a part of the Blaugranaโs plans in the near future and that the club was deciding to sell him by the end of this month.
Even though Dembele revealed his strong intentions to dedicate himself to playing under Xavi, Barcelona have now brought Traore to their squad in order to be prepared with the departure of Dembele this month.
