Venetia Stevenson, the daughter of a “General Hospital” actress and a “Marry Poppins” director, died on Monday, September 26, at an Atlanta medical facility, at the age of 84. 

She was often quoted by fan magazines as “the most photogenic girl in the world,” bidding the world goodbye on Monday (26 September)! This 50’s beautiful actress passed away at a healthcare facility in Atlanta. The news of Stevenson’s death was confirmed by her brother, actor and photographer, Jeffrey Byron.

Her death came after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease, a disorder of the nervous system that affects the body’s nerves. In tribute to her legendary sister, Byron shared the sad news on Instagram. He captioned the post with a very heart-touching message for his sister and talked about her achievements.

The World’s Most Photogenic Star’s Career

Venetia Stevenson was frequently referred to as “The World’s Most Photogenic Star.” The daughter of Oscar-nominated filmmaker Robert Stevenson and actress Anna Lee, the 1950s glamour icon was renowned for her bright smile, flawless jawline, lush lips, and passionate eyes.
