Mumbai; January 17, 2024: Atharva Agarwal, a 10-year-old prodigious skater of Billabong High International School, Malad, has been selected to participate in the prestigious SGFI (School Games Federation of India) Nationals Championship
This championship, scheduled to take place in the third week of January 2024 in Ranchi, will witness the participation of elite schools from across the nation.
Atharva’s selection for the SGFI Nationals Championship comes as a result of his remarkable performance at the ISSO NATIONAL GAMES, held from November 21st to 23rd in Pune. During the event, Atharva displayed exceptional performance in the U-11 skating competitions by securing an impressive collection of medals. His outstanding achievements included a gold medal in the 2000m race, a silver medal in the 1 lap race, and another silver medal in the 500m race.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming championship, Atharva Agarwal said, “I am delighted and honored to represent Billabong High International School at the SGFI Nationals Championship.
