He was married and his wife’s name is Munira Nadiadwala. He had three sons and one daughter. His sons’ names are Mushtaque Nadiadwala, Feroz Nadiadwala and Hafiz Nadiadwala and his daughter’s name is Mehnaax Nadiadwala.

He produced several memorable Hindi films including “Mahabharat, “Hera Pheri” and “Welcome”. His other well-known movies are “As Gale Lag Ja” from 1973, “Lahu Ke Do Rang” from 1997, “Shankar Shambhu” from 1976, “Jhutha Sach” from 1984, “Sone Pe Suhaga” from 1988, and “Watan Ke Rakhwale” from 1987.
He shared ownership of the Empire Audio Centre with Yusuf Lakdawala. The Juhu Erla Education Society (JIES) and Fatima A. K. Nadiadwala High School were both founded by him in 1995.
