The 3rd day, butternut squash soup with freshly baked bread rolls, grilled chicken, braised beef pasta with tomato sauce & parmesan, seared halibut with brown shrimp sauce Vierge, chicken tikka curry with shitake mushrooms, paneer tikka curry with shitake mushrooms, and dal makhani.
Prawns and Marie rose sauce, new potatoes, peas, corn & carrots, basmati rice, naan, poppadoms, smoked chicken & avocado salad. Apple, raspberry & almond crumble, chocolate mousse with white chocolate cream, fresh fruit salads, and a selection of ice-creams.
