Sandra Douglass Morgan is making the headlines after holding the position of first Black Woman President in the NFL’ history.
After her appointment on Thursday, In an interview, Sandra said, “It is the honor of a lifetime to join the Raiders at one of the most defining times in the team’s history.”

According to the Facebook profile of Sandra, she was born in Nevada, Las Vegas. She holds American nationality and her ethnicity is of African-American.
Sandra attended the Eldorado High School, the University of Nevada in Reno and the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. Sandra was the first African-American who became the City attorney in the state of Nevada.
Moreover, she was also the first Black person to be appointed as chairperson at Nevada Gaming Control Board. Sandra’s father served in the Nellis Air Force Base and he’s a retired Air force veteran.
During an event with the University of Nevada in the year 2019, she praised her parents for instilling the importance of education in her life from an early age.
In her speech Sandra said, “They taught me the importance of hard work, being true to your word, to be kind to and considerate of others. I try to pass these traits onto my children”.
Sandra is married to Don Morgan, a former NFL player. He played for 3 seasons for the Minnesota Vikings and 7 seasons for the Arizona Cardinals.
According to Sandra’s LinkedIn Profile, she was an associate attorney at a local law firm from the year 2002 to 2005. Later she became the litigation attorney at MGM Resorts International from 2005 to 2008.
In the year 2016 she became the Director of External Affairs at T&T. She also served in the Nevada Gaming Commission and the State Athletic Commission from 2016 to 2019.
So far, in her career, Sandra has received 40 under 40 awards from the National Bar Association Nations Best Advocates. She was born on 10 April, 1984 and is aged 38 years with a height of 5 feet 7 inches.
She worked as a municipal attorney in North Las Vegas in 2014, and her yearly salary was $239,767 with her current net worth standing at $1.5 million.
