Pakistan Cricket Board has announced two separate central contract lists for the white ball and red ball, know the PCB players 2022-23 salary list
The all-format skipper of the Pakistani team Babar Azam has got a Category A contract of both red and white ball format along with Rizwan and Shaheen. The match fees have been 10% hiked compared to the previous contract. Only 5 players have managed to claim the all-format contract of PCB. 33 players have been selected as PCB announces the Contract list for 2022.

Red and White Ball contract
- Babar Azam(c) – The all-format skipper and probably the best batsman in the world currently has been awarded the all-format contract in List A category.
- Mohammad Rizwan (wk)– The wicket-keeper batsman of Pakistan has been the architect of Pakistan’s recent success. PCB has awarded him the all-format contract in List A category.
- Shaheen Afridi – The 22-year-old young fast bowler has also been shortlisted in both the red ball and white ball contract list of PCB. He is also one of the 3 players to consist in List A of all formats.
- Hasan Ali – The skillful fast bowler who had a forgettable last year has still managed to retain his spot in all format contract lists. He has been awarded category B in Red ball and C in white ball.
- Imam Ul Haq – Consistent left-handed opener has retained his spot on the PCB all-format players list. He is a Category C player in test matches and B in white ball.

PCB announces the Contract list for 2022 Features
- 10 percent increase in match fees across all formats
- Increase in match fee for non-playing members from 50 percent to 70 percent of the overall match fee
- Introduction of a captaincy allowance to compensate the team captain for the additional responsibilities that come with that role
- Allocation of an amount for current players with the aim to manage and reduce the workload of elite players and to ensure that they are fully fit, ready and fresh whenever they play for Pakistan
The PCB has budgeted a total spend of PKR15billion, with approximately 78 per cent allocated for cricket-related activities in this annual year.
