MOMOLAND lovers will be happy to hear some great news from MLD Entertainment. The firm has announced the formation of a new group. Remember, MLD Entertainment is the same company that gave birth to MOMOLAND, a successful Korean pop girl group with a global fanbase.
Now it’s time for yet another group, and the news has sparked fans’ attention. The firm’s CEO also revealed two people who would be part of the company’s next new group. Netizens have been demanding additional information since hearing the news. So, let’s have a look at it:

MLD Entertainment CEO Lee Hyung Jin informed a South Korean news agency, Star News, on April 26th, 2022, that the firm is aiming to introduce a new female group in June. He also revealed the name of the upcoming endeavour for the agency. The future girl group’s name will be LAPILLUS.
Its Debut Date
After the premiere of Momoland in 2016, this is the newest female group from MLD Entertainment. It is scheduled to premiere in 2022.

MLD Entertainment’s new female group LAPILLUS will have members who speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Tagalog. In the meantime, Lee Hyung has disclosed the identity of two new LAPILLUS members.
The group’s first member will be Nonaka Shana, a Japanese vocalist who has previously been on Mnet’s reality TV competition show Girls Planet 999 and another one is Chantal Videla, commonly known as Chanty, is an Argentinian-Filipino actress and model. They both are 19 years old and did so many amazing works as vocalists.

MLD Entertainment’s NADOL YouTube series included both Chanty and Nonaka. The public viewed Nonaka and Chanty as foreign trainees wanting to be Korean pop idols.
The additional members will be disclosed as time goes on. According to Lee, further members of the groups will be revealed starting in late May. MOMOLAND and T1419, a boyband, are now being promoted by MLD Entertainment.
