TSM FTX Deal: Record Esports Deal Sees FTX Cryptocurrency Offer TSM $210 Million For Naming Rights

The new TSM FTX deal is worth $210 million and is for ten years of duration. Also now, this is the biggest signing in the history of Esports.

Team Solo Mid, also known as TSM has secured a new deal with the cryptocurrency exchange company FTX. Furthermore, the future name of the roasters will be now renamed as TSM FTX. Additionally, the deal is for 10 years where TSM will receive a sum of the amount every year.

What’s Next After the Record TSM FTX $210 million Esports Deal?

TSM is one of the most popular organizations across the globe. Moreover, they have many rosters in PUBG Mobile, Valorant, League of Legends, Apex Legends, and many more games across many regions of the world. Earlier, it was announced last year that TSM is the only org in gaming that is earning profits.

On the other hand, FTX is one of the most famous companies available for cryptocurrency. Furthermore, TSM will purchase $1Million in the FTX’s native token naming FIT upon this deal. Also, they will even offer cryptocurrency shares to each of their players and employees.

Additionally, the deal will help TSM to expand its units in every region. Moreover, after the deal players will also be seen changing their name, for example, TSM Myth to TSM FTX Myth. However, Riot games will not allow TSM’s new naming convention featuring FTX brand listing on TSM jerseys.

Further, Founder and CEO of TSM Andy Dinh, said: “When I met Sam Bankwan Fried ( Founder and CEO of FTX), I immediately knew we had to work together.” Dinh further stated that the partnership between TSM and FTX is not just between the two companies as Bankwan Fried is an innovative CEO who is ahead in every aspect of life.

TSM Not Allowed To TSM Logo In Jersey And Name By Valorant

However, in what has already come as a massive setback to FTX, TSM have been disallowed to use the cryptocurrency exchange’s logo in their jersey and name. Two of TSM’s biggest teams have been taken off the advertising agenda already with Riot Games not allowing TSM to use FTX’s name in League of Legends and VALORANT broadcasts.
